Peace at the End of the Day

Everything I possess is a gift from God.  I am blessed beyond measure, because I have not forgotten God in my life.  Endeavoring to keep Him first is work, but it is satisfying at the end of the day to know all things are well with my soul.

Peace of mind brings contentment, whereas, things in this world cannot inspire peace, only temporary pleasure; nothing lasting.  The newness wears off quickly and the search for another high is set into motion.  But God’s peace is everlasting.

Jesus is the Prince of Peace.  His touch is enough to last a lifetime.  There is no feeling that stimulates my senses more than knowing that my relationship with God far exceeds what it was when I walked in sin.  Fear of the unknown dissipates in the light of His love.  Darkness is eliminated, because of Jesus.  I am a child of God, on my way to heaven.  For this reason I have peace at the end of the day. 

Can you think of anything that offers complete harmony, with the hope of eternal life in heaven?  If not, then why not try Jesus?  He brings completeness to a soul like nothing else can do.  He is the missing piece to the ‘puzzle of life’ that makes the picture complete.  I promise you will not regret your decision to follow Christ.  Peace is just a prayer away.  God is waiting to bless you with an abundant life.  Your searching is over. 

(Revelation 3:20, 21)  “Behold, I stand at the door, and knock:  if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him and he with me.”  v. 21 “To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.”
